Alivus Life Sciences in India seeks a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensure GMP compliance, manage SAP EWM, and drive efficiency across receiving, stocking, shipping and inventory control.

Responsibilities include SOP development, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Production, QC/QA and Procurement, and maintaining regulatory standards. 12+ years in pharma warehousing preferred, with QMS/EMS experience and licensing exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science; Supply Chain cert preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in warehouse management, pharma/API exposure.
• Exposure to QMS/EMS documentation, licensing and warehouse compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse operations including inventory, handling, shipping, receiving and storage.
• Ensure safety regulations and a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.
• Develop SOPs to optimize processes and reduce errors.
• Lead and mentor warehouse team with training and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, QA and Procurement for timely deliveries.
• Use SAP EWM to manage inventory and stock movements.
• Monitor warehouse expenses including labour, equipment and supplies.
• Generate reports on activities and performance metrics for management.
• Maintain housekeeping and cGMP to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage licensing requirements and approvals from authorities.
• Handle EMS and QMS documentation for warehouse and supply chain.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations including inventory management, material handling, shipping, receiving and storage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs to optimize processes, minimize errors and enhance efficiency
• Lead and mentor the warehouse team through training, guidance and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with Production, QC, QA and Procurement for timely delivery of materials as per production schedules
• Use SAP EWM to maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels and manage material movement
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses including labour, equipment and supplies for cost effectiveness
• Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels and performance metrics for management reviewInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, quality issues and operational challenges promptly
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cGMP to meet regulatory and quality requirements
• Manage license requirements and obtain approvals from government bodies
• Handle all EMS and QMS documentation for warehouse and supply chain

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, with a Supply Chain or Materials Management certification
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably in pharmaceutical or API manufacturing
• Exposure to QMS / EMS documentation, licensing and warehouse compliance
• Proficiency in SAP MM / SD / EWM and MS Office
• Strong GMP knowledge with exposure to regulatory audits in API manufacturing
