Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 15+ years of relevant warehousing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate material identification, storage, and ERP location updates.
• Maintain inventory control, cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
• Drive warehouse layout improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead digitalization, automation, and CAPEX projects.
• Train and develop warehouse teams and contract staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Ensure proper material identification, storage and ERP location updates
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages/excess inventory
• Improve warehouse layout, storage utilization and material flow
• Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving and cost reduction initiatives
• Drive warehouse digitalization and automation initiatives
• Identify and implement warehouse CAPEX requirements
• Ensure timely goods receipt, material kitting, packing and shipment
• Ensure packing and shipment processes meet customer requirements
• Develop and maintain SOPs / Work Instructions
• Manage FIFO and monthly shelf-life audits
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, 5S and Visual Management
• Drive hazard reporting and corrective actions
• Lead, train and develop warehouse teams and contract workforce
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth warehouse operations
• Handle statutory and internal audits with zero/minimal observations
