Job summary

Stockarea is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Lead in Tamil Nadu. You will oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, and vendor coordination to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Objectives of this role:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations,including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organizedworkflows.
• Ensure that the warehouseoperates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, andtraining warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, andmanaging operational goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling andstorage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gateprocesses, and shipping methods
• Train and manage thewarehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• In Charge of incidentmanagement and reporting as per warehouse policy.
• Oversee daily operationswhile controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Maintain a safe and healthywork environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legalregulations
• Ensure SHE Guidelines andensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.
• Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local humanSafety Kits and PPEs to ensure the safeworking at warehouse.
• Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking,packing,dispatch, and coordinationwith logistics partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensureefficient warehouse layout and staff productivity.

Requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouseactivities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity,shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and overseewarehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, andmachinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouseleads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Oversee and manage logisticsfor transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and airpartners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
• Oversee and manage the warehouse Auditsfor Security and Safety purposes.
