Job summary

Bazaarindia Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Store Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, supervise the warehouse team, and ensure smooth inward and outward stock movement while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires 1–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year of team handling, and candidates with Diploma in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management are a plus but not compulsory. Retail, e-commerce, and logistics exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in SCM/ Warehouse Management is a plus but not compulsory.
• 1-5 years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year of team handling.
• Exposure to Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Logistics & Supply Chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Supervise and guide the warehouse team.
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and company SOPs.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and store teams.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Meet productivity and inventory targets.
