Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 8–12 years of experience in warehouse, factory, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, production planning, material recovery, commercial sales, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and factory operations, including receipt, segregation, storage, dismantling, processing, inventory management, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, warehouse space, and processing capacity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP management, stock audits, and process controls.
• Drive warehouse and factory productivity, material recovery, quality, and cost optimization.
• Develop and manage relationships with recyclers, buyers, and downstream partners.
• Negotiate pricing, execute material sales, and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with E-Waste Rules, CPCB/SPCB regulations, EHS standards, and factory safety protocols.
• Lead warehouse and factory teams, monitor performance, and drive operational discipline.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and business teams for seamless operations.
• Prepare operational and commercial reports, including inventory, production, sales, and warehouse performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and continuous operational excellence.

About the Role
