Job summary

Utkarsh Placement is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Gujarat to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, driving efficiency and ensuring stock accuracy to support production and customer delivery. The role requires a BE with 12-18 years of experience, preferably from an MNC, and hands-on SAP/ERP and WMS expertise, plus inventory reconciliation and annual inventory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, kitting, issuance and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure material availability for production and delivery.
• Drive lean transformation using standard work, PDCA, digitalization and low-cost automation.
• Own warehouse capacity, space, layout and lean material-flow planning.
• Hands-on with SAP/ERP and WMS; conduct cycle counting and annual inventory.

Role & responsibilities

Position: Warehouse Manager

BE with 12-18 years of Experience, Prefer from MNC

Job Profile :

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations covering inbound receipt, storage, inventory control, material kitting and issuance, finished goods management, domestic and export dispatch, warehouse operations and scrap disposal.
• Create a safe, compliant, responsive and cost-effective warehouse that maintains physical-to-system stock alignment, assures material availability to production, and supports customer delivery, LOTIF and schedule-adherence objectives.
• Drive warehouse transformation through standard work, PDCA, lean practices, digitalization, WMS/SAP discipline, low-cost automation, improved ergonomics and effective people capability management.
• Own warehouse capacity, space, layout, and lean material-flow planning, including method logistic and logistic operations.
• Hands on experience in SAP/ERP and WMS; inventory reconciliation, cycle counting and annual inventory
