Job summary

Magadh Techno Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse In-charge/Sr Executive to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in Delhi. You will manage inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns, and a team of warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong knowledge of ecommerce warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordination with courier partners, using Unicommerce or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems such as Unicommerce.
• Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Leadership of warehouse staff and daily task assignment.
• Coordination with courier partners and logistics vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete warehouse operations for ecommerce orders.
• Supervise inbound and outbound inventory processes.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, QC, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, damaged products, and reverse logistics.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and productivity.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and process compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Procurement, and Ecommerce teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
