Job summary

Mithros Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for CRO & CDMO activities. You will ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining regulatory compliance and SOP adherence across R&D Inventory.

The role requires coordinating with QA, R&D, and Procurement, managing temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials, and leading a safety-focused team to uphold high standards and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 812 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably CRO/CDMO/Chemical industry.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and familiarity with Tally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch.
• Ensure SOPs, regulatory compliance, and environmental monitoring.
• Coordinate inbound material receipt and inspection of chemicals, reagents, lab consumables, and clinical trial supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with real-time stock updates using Tally.
• Monitor handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials as per SOPs and guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA, R&D, Procurement and other departments for smooth material flow.
• Supervise warehouse team and provide training on safety and SOP compliance.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits; participate in inspections.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager for CRO & CDMO business to oversee the end-to-end operations of our warehouse our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials, regulatory compliance, coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant material handling across R&D and other inventory while maintaining strict adherence to standards and internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with standards, Company SOPs and regulatory requirements. Environmental monitoring of the area as per predefined procedures.
• Coordinate the receipt and inspection of inbound materials, including chemicals, reagents, lab consumables, and clinical trial supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Tally software and ensure real-time stock updates.
• Monitor the handling of temperature-sensitive, hazardous, and restricted materials in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, QA, R&D, Procurement, and other departments for smooth material flow and timely support to projects.
• Ensure segregation and traceability of materials (Labelling) under quarantine, approved, and rejected status.
• Supervise warehouse team members, provide training on safety, SOP compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct routine cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits; actively participate in regulatory and client inspections.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety protocols, and equipment upkeep as per company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 812 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a CRO/CDMO/Chemical industry.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance in warehousing.
• Familiarity with Tally & Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials safely.
