Job summary

Dishman Carbogen Amcis in India is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead for API and formulation materials. You will manage all warehouse activities, ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, ALCOA+, and regulatory standards, and lead audits and process improvements across QA, QC, Production, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 10-15 years in pharma warehousing, hands-on SAP/MS Office skills, and strong leadership and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical API and Formulation Warehouse Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Exposure to Regulatory Audits, QMS, cGMP, GDP and ALCOA+ principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Intermediates, APIs, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, ALCOA+, Data Integrity, Safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and material movements through SAP.
• Ensure proper storage, dispensing, receipt, issuance, and dispatch of materials as per SOPs.
• Lead and support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal quality audits.
• Drive implementation of Quality Management Systems including Change Control, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA, and Risk Assessments.
• Prepare, review, and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure 5S, safety practices, housekeeping, and warehouse compliance standards.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Lead warehouse manpower planning, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and compliance.
