Job summary

OPES Healthcare Private Limited in Changodar is seeking a Senior Executive Warehouse to manage daily warehouse operations for RM, PM and Finished Goods. You will ensure timely material receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch, and maintain inventory accuracy with FIFO/FEFO.

The role requires coordinating with QA/QC for material approval and release, ensuring material availability for production, and maintaining ERP/SAP documentation in a GMP/GDP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of RM, PM, FG, inventory control, and FIFO/FEFO.
• GMP and warehouse documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for RM, PM, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure timely material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material approval and release.
• Ensure timely material availability for production requirements.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and ERP/SAP records.
• Conduct physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, housekeeping, and material traceability.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, QC, and Logistics teams.
