Job summary

Tashiv Ventures is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead in Gujarat/Dahej to manage storage and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, Drug Substance/API, consumables and finished goods. The role emphasizes GMP/GDP compliance and timely material availability.

The candidate will lead a warehouse team, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure seamless support to manufacturing in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
• Strong experience in OSD and Injectable manufacturing environments.
• GMP, GDP and inventory accuracy knowledge.
• Proven team leadership能力.

Responsibilities

• Oversee storage of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Drug Substance/API, Consumables and Finished Goods.
• Ensure timely material availability to manufacturing with GMP/GDP compliance and accurate inventory.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team.
