Job summary

Linux Life Sciences Pvt Ltd is seeking a Warehouse/ Materials Management professional to manage receipt, labeling and storage of RM/PM, ensuring FEFO compliance and timely material release.

Role involves stock reconciliation, ERP transactions, daily balance verification, and coordination with QA, QC and Maintenance for calibration and validation of equipment, as well as support for stock and GMP audits.

Qualifications

• Any degree with relevant experiance from formulation Unit

Responsibilities

• RM/PM receipt, GRN preparation, & proper labelling.
• Proper material arrangement and area cleanliness of storage, sampling & dispensing areas.
• Coordination with QC for timely sampling, testing & material release.
• RM/PM dispensing to Production as per BMR/BPR with FEFO compliance.
• Stock reconciliation, ERP transactions & material location updating.
• Daily weighing balance verification & temperature monitoring.
• Online documentation and cleaning/usage log maintenance.
• Coordination with QA & Maintenance for equipment maintenance, calibration & validation.
• Retest, expired/obsolete material tracking & disposal coordination.
• Production planning support and coordination for stock audits and GMP audits.
