Job summary

Stellar Formulations is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily activities including QA, inventory control, space planning, logistics, shipping, and customer service. The role requires coordinating a warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining GMP documentation, ERP entries, and material flow from inward to outward, while driving loss prevention and hygiene standards.

You will liaise with drivers and air partners to ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations in a GMP environment.
• Ability to maintain GMP documents and ensure compliance.
• Proven track record in inventory control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including QA, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Inspect equipment and oversee routine maintenance as needed.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
• Monitor dispensing activities
• Raw material inward/outward entry
• Maintain all GMP documents.
• Maintain material debit credit entry in ERP.
• Monitor cleaning and hygiene activities.
• Plan daily dispensing activities according to Production requirement.
• Maintain inventory records.
