Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Warehouse Executive for the Dahej, Gujarat location. The role focuses on managing inbound/outbound warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and ensuring accurate SAP/WMS transactions with strong inventory control.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing, proficiency in SAP WM/MM, WMS, and MS Excel, with cross-functional coordination and supervision abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/logistics/supply chain/engineering/pharmacy or related field.
• 5–8 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in SAP WM/MM, preferably SAP SD.
• Working knowledge of WMS.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and FIFO/FEFO.
• Experience in dispatch planning and shipment execution.
• Knowledge of export documentation and compliance.
• Good MS Excel, MIS and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience in manpower handling and warehouse team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound RM/PM and outbound FG/SFG warehouse operations.
• Handle local and export dispatches, shipment planning and customer deliveries.
• Ensure accurate SAP/WMS transactions, inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, labeling, barcoding and material traceability.
• Plan manpower allocation, cycle counts and stock verification.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, Finance, EHS, Logistics and Customer Service.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, GDP, QMS, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, CAPA, risk assessments and continuous improvement.
• Supervise warehouse staff and conduct training activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and monitor warehouse KPIs/OTIF.
• Manage vehicle scheduling and transporter coordination.
• Drive warehouse efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
