Job summary

TTK Healthcare in India is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to manage the central warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inwarding, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, verify vendor bills, and train team members while coordinating with Sales, Service and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising Central Warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Central Warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate inwarding, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accuracy between physical and system inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, discrepancies, damages and expiry/FEFO requirements.
• Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders.
• Process and verify vendor bills against agreed rates for payment processing.
• Train new team members on warehouse processes and system operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and other departments.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and SOP compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly warehouse reports.
• Escalate stock and dispatch-related issues to management.
