Job summary

DP World India is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring timely order processing and shipment execution as per customer requirements.

You will monitor workflows to achieve productivity, accuracy, and KPI targets; maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and ERP/WMS updates; coordinate with teams, support manpower planning and shift execution; train staff on SOPs,

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution per customer requirements.
• Monitor workflows to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Update inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Support manpower planning and shift execution.
• Train staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and processes.
• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle escalations and support issue resolution.
• Maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and EHS guidelines.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
• Maintain dispatch records and performance metrics.

• Coordinate with warehouse associates, operators, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Support manpower planning and shift execution.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.

Customer & SLA Management

• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.
• Maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Compliance & Safety

• Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
• Support warehouse audits and compliance activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory reports, and operational documentation.
• Track operational performance metrics and highlight improvement areas.
