Job summary

Parekh is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator/Supervisor to oversee CNF activities and all warehouse operations. You will ensure stock accuracy, POD acknowledgments, and timely MIS reporting, while liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

The role requires coordinating with transporters for dispatch, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will also manage petty cash and support SOP training for staff.

Qualifications

• Duty: Monitor all CNF activities and responsible for all activities in the warehouse.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.
• Liaison with principal company/customers/internal team for all operational and administrative matters of the depot and document in MOM.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and POD acknowledgement within defined timelines.
• Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to authorities as defined timelines.
• Monitor pending Stock In Transit, GRN and account for all Sales Return Vouchers daily and escalate if needed.
• Obtain timely acknowledgments from transporters and customers and update in PANDO portal.
• Handle petty cash and reconcile with accounts team on time.
• Ensure 5S implementation daily and compliance with guidelines.
• Provide periodical SOP training to team members and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with transporters for dispatch as per route plan and maximize vehicle utilization.
• Monitor insurance claims for transit damages as per norms.
• Ensure all statutory compliances are followed.

Monitor pending Stock In Transit, GRN and account all Sales Returned Vouchers on daily basis and escalation exceptions if any to principle company.

Ensure that timely Acknowledgment are received from transporters and Customers and updation in PANDO portal.

Responsible for Handling Petty Cash & on time reconciliation with accounts Team

Ensures that stacking norms, safety norms to be followed as per guidelines

Responsible for monitoring timely order processing and dispatches.

Ensure 100% Implementation of 5S maintained on daily basis.

Responsible for periodical SOP training to team members and compliance followed.

Co ordinate with Transporters for dispatch as per route plan and maximum vehicle utilization.

Monitoring Insurance claims, if any damages during transit according to norms

Ensure all Statutory compliance are followed.
