Job summary

IFB Global in Visakhapatnam, India, is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to lead material control, inbounding, GRN processes, PO handling, and dispatch activities.

The role also covers vendor and repair management, spare parts returns, and team leadership of ~6–7 staff, with a focus on inventory accuracy and timely reporting. This position requires hands-on administration of warehouse functions across India and coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Warehouse Operations & Material Control - Manage inwarding of material, including GRN, and raise/amend Purchase Orders.
• Oversee billing of material and warehouse-related transactions.
• Prepare logistical routes and oversee dispatch activities.
• Handle spare parts returns and coordinate picker/dropper manpower.
• Conduct physical verification of spares, chemicals and accessories.
• Vendor, Repair & Scrap Management - Prepare reports and bill defective spares to vendors for credit against warranty spares.
• Dispatch spares for repair and refurbishment processes.
• Handle invoicing of scrap material.
• Inventory Availability & Reporting - Check spares availability across India and assist the team in arranging spares based on availability.
• Share day-to-day stock availability reports including stock-in-transit, spares in hand and POs not cleared by vendors.
• Prepare reports on stock billed and logistics, including billing and dispatch.
• Prepare other operational reports as required.
• Administration & Team Management - Act as the administrative head for warehouse operations.
• Handle a team of approximately 6-7 manpower.
