Job summary

Parnami Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for 3PL operations in Lucknow, with a background in FMCG/Beverage warehousing. The role involves overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, client operations, MT and e-commerce dispatch, manpower, MIS and coordination with transporters and client teams.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, timely order dispatch, and compliance with SOPs while driving productivity and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
• Experience in FMCG / Beverage warehousing preferred.
• Hands-on experience in client handling and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Modern Trade & E-commerce operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP / ERP / WMS.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to independently manage warehouse operations and manpower.
• Immediate joiners / Short Notice Joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations.
• Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and loading/unloading.
• Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, batch/expiry control and FIFO/FEFO.
• Handle FMCG/Beverage, MT and E-commerce operations.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters and delivery teams.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order dispatch.
• Prepare daily MIS, stock and operational reports.
• Manage warehouse manpower, productivity and discipline.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations as per client SOPs.
