Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to oversee day-to-day stock and warehouse activities at our Chennai location. You will manage inward and outbound flows, ensure FIFO compliance, and coordinate with 3PL partners to smooth operations.

The role requires attention to detail in stock counts, batch and expiry monitoring, and accurate GRN entries, with a focus on maintaining high inventory accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, E-commerce, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory and warehouse activities.
• Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Manage bin allocation and stock placement.
• Coordinate with 3PL workers.
• Manage and monitor warehouse floor operations.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Track batch-wise, ageing, damaged and expiry stock.
• Ensure accurate GRN and stock transfer entries.
• Support inventory allocation based on order requirements.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fulfilment teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.
