Job summary

Carryfast Logistics in Indore is seeking a Warehouse Incharge/Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, storage, inventory control, and value-added services. You will lead warehouse teams to ensure safety, accuracy, and cost-effective performance.

The role focuses on meeting customer service levels, productivity targets, quality compliance, and continuous process improvement while optimizing space and equipment utilization to maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations covering inbound, storage and outbound processes.
• Must be proficient in Excel and basic data analysis.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage day-to-day warehousing activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Optimize space utilization, monitor workforce and equipment usage to maximize productivity, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

The Warehouse Incharge /Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective management of inbound, storage, inventory, value-added services (VAS), and outbound activities. The role focuses on achieving customer service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity targets, quality compliance, and continuous process improvement while leading warehouse teams and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including inbound, put‑away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved. Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage capacity.
