Job Description

• Order Picking & Validation
  • Ensure that all wholesale orders are picked accurately according to dispatch instructions.
  • Validate items against the pick list before packing to ensure zero errors.
  • Oversee staff responsible for picking and flag discrepancies immediately.
• Packing Supervision & Labeling
  • Supervise packing team to ensure correct and secure packing as per company standards.
  • Verify that all cartons are properly labeled with accurate product, customer, and delivery details.
  • Ensure fragile or sensitive goods are handled with care.
• Dispatch Monitoring & Reporting
  • Oversee the complete dispatch process, from final checks to loading.
  • Maintain and update daily dispatch/outward movement reports.
  • Ensure all dispatches are completed within set timelines to meet customer SLAs.
• Inventory Control & ERP Management
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches ERP records.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with relevant departments.
