About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock control across warehouse and distribution functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating inventory movements, maintaining records, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support smooth business operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Track inventory movement, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Support demand planning and stock replenishment activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in warehouse optimization and inventory control initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, Zoho Inventory, or similar platforms.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and stock reconciliation statements.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
