Job summary

Elle Electricals Pvt. Ltd. in Pardi is seeking a mid-level dispatch operations professional to oversee warehouse dispatch, ensure accurate order fulfilment, and manage daily logistics tasks onsite.

Responsibilities

• Floor Supervision: Oversee the daily physical verification, picking, packing, and loading of goods to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all dispatch-related paperwork—including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and gate passes—is accurately prepared and filed.
• Inventory Alignment: Coordinate closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to cross-verify physical stock against system data before dispatch.
• Vehicle & Labour Coordination: Arrange for required commercial vehicles daily and manage floor labourers/loaders to ensure timely loading and minimal vehicle detention time.
• Damage Control: Ensure goods are handled and stacked safely inside vehicles to prevent any transit damage.
• System Updates: Update the ERP or Inventory Management System in real-time to reflect dispatched stock and generate daily dispatch reports
