Job summary

Ausadha Pharma Distributor of Medical & Hospital Supplies, located near Mira Road, Mumbai, seeks a Warehouse Executive / Warehouse In-Charge to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for pharma and medical supplies.

The role requires 25 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, a graduate degree, and familiarity with inventory software such as Tally/ERP/DMS, with the ability to commute daily to Mira Road.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream); pharma/logistics background preferred.
• 25 years' experience in warehouse/inventory management, pharma/medical/FMCG distribution.
• Familiarity with inventory software and basic MS Excel.
• Understanding of batch/expiry tracking and drug storage regulations is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to commute daily to Mira Road / Dahisar Check Naka area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and inward stock (GRN) against purchase orders/invoices from manufacturers
• Ensure proper storage as per product category (cold-chain items, fragile items, expiry-sensitive stock)
• Maintain FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) practice for pharma/medical items
• Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and manufacturing dates for all SKUs
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time to distributors/retailers/hospitals
• Maintain real-time inventory in software (Tally/ERP/DMS) and physical stock
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits; reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales team for order priorities and with logistics/transporters for dispatch
• Handle returns, damaged/expired goods, and coordinate replacements with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with drug storage norms (temperature, humidity, licensing requirements like Drug License/GDP where applicable)
• Manage warehouse staff loaders, pickers, packers and their daily task allocation
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of warehouse space

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations for a superstockist distributing medical consumables, surgical items, pharmaceuticals, and hospital equipment including inward receipt, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch to sub-stockists/retailers/hospitals.
