Job summary

Minimalist is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations to oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain process compliance, and coordinate with 3PL partners to meet dispatch schedules.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, and excellent coordination and communication skills to drive efficiency across departments.

• Degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities while ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, process compliance, and coordination with third-party logistics partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to maintain efficient warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of inventory.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.

System & Documentation

• Perform ERP/WMS transactions accurately for all warehouse activities.
• Maintain warehouse documentation including GRNs, dispatch records, stock transfers, and inventory reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.

3PL & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure SLA adherence and monitor partner performance.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.

Process Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure timely communication regarding inventory availability, dispatch schedules, and operational issues.
• Support business requirements through effective warehouse planning and execution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience in inbound and outbound logistics.
• Stock reconciliation and inventory control.
• ERP/WMS transaction handling.
• Understanding of warehouse KPIs and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C warehouse operations.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.

Preferred Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Logistics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing industries.
• Exposure to high-volume warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
