Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure layout optimization, space utilization and SOP implementation.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Coordinate replenishment and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure on-time order processing, packing accuracy and returns handling.
• Manage delivery fleet scheduling, route planning and last-mile delivery.
• Supervise warehouse staff and drivers; allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs; monitor dispatch and delivery status.

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to handle end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery fleet coordination. The role requires ensuring accurate stock levels, timely dispatch, and smooth last-mile delivery operations while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure proper layout, space utilization, and process optimization
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Implement SOPs for efficient workflow and operational control

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and full physical audits
• Reduce shrinkage, damages, and inventory discrepancies
• Track slow-moving and fast-moving inventory

Order Fulfillment

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch
• Monitor picking, packing, and shipment accuracy
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for priority orders
• Maintain SLA for order fulfillment timelines
• Handle returns and reverse logistics

Delivery Fleet Management

• Manage delivery fleet scheduling and route planning
• Track deliveries and ensure on-time dispatch & delivery
• Coordinate with drivers and third-party logistics partners
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and fuel usage
• Resolve delivery-related operational issues

Team Management

• Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and drivers
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Train team on SOPs and safety procedures
• Maintain discipline and performance standards

Reporting & KPIs

• Track daily dispatch, pending orders, and delivery status
• Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity
• Prepare operational reports and MIS
• Improve turnaround time and operational efficiency

Key Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
• Experience managing delivery fleet or last-mile operations
• Familiarity with Excel
