Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities.

You will lead a team, coordinate with procurement and sales, ensure process adherence, safety, and reporting. Strong Excel and ERP/WMS experience preferred; bachelor's in related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and equipment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff including supervisors, pickers, packers, and loaders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work closely with logistics partners and transport vendors.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and safety procedures.
• Prepare warehouse reports including stock reports, dispatch reports, and productivity metrics.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse regulations.

• Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare warehouse reports including stock reports, dispatch reports, and productivity metrics.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
