Job summary

Team Computers is seeking a proactive Warehouse & Supply Chain Incharge for its Greater Noida operations. The role covers end-to-end warehouse management, dispatch planning, inventory coordination, and logistics execution to ensure timely order fulfillment across B2B, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels.

The candidate will handle PO/SO/RO creation, maintain IMS/ERP data accuracy, and coordinate with courier partners and marketplace warehouses to optimize performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS/IMS).
• Experience with PO, SO, and RO creation and warehouse documentation.
• Hands-on experience with invoice generation, label printing, barcode systems, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations, including marketplaces and fast-delivery channels.
• Knowledge of courier aggregators, transport management, and vehicle tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory, storage, picking, packing, and daily dispatches.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Replenishment Orders (RO) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate daily dispatch planning and ensure timely deliveries across B2B, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for courier partners, transporters, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth shipment movement and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with marketplace and reseller warehouses for inbound appointments, shipment reconciliation, and inventory replenishment.
• Track vehicles and shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve transit delays or exceptions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock reconciliations, and minimize discrepancies.
• Operate IMS/ERP systems to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
• Generate and print shipping labels, barcode labels, invoices, packing slips, and other dispatch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with dispatch SOPs, documentation standards, and warehouse safety practices.
• Monitor courier and transporter performance, freight costs, and service levels to improve efficiency.
• Work with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports covering dispatches, inventory status, pending orders, and logistics performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Supply Chain associate to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, dispatch planning, inventory coordination, and logistics execution.
