• Background in supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Hindi fluency for daily operations; English for HQ documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inbound receipts, QC, put away, inventory updates in Zoho within TAT.
• Dispatch domestic and export operations; maintain 95%+ on‑time dispatch.
• Coordinate inbound planning with suppliers; resolve issues within 24 hrs.
• Lead safety audits and ensure DGMS/labour compliance.
• Manage site team and casual labor; drive productivity.
• Monitor OpEx, manpower metrics, and cost benchmarks.
• Publish SOPs and maintain Zoho as single source of truth.

Role Overview

Duratuf is hiring a Site Lead to run the Bhiwadi Warehouse — the key inbound hub for North India/NCR and outbound/export dispatch point (Mundra & Delhi).

Own the full warehouse cycle: inbound QC, put away, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Provide ground-truth data (rates, transit, capacity) for RFQs; no freight negotiation ownership.

Drive OTIF, customer experience, and export accuracy through strong SOPs, inventory discipline, and safety compliance aligned with FY26–28 growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Inventory Management

• Supervise inbound receipts (Bhiwadi & NCR suppliers) — QC, put away, and Zoho Inventory updates within TAT
• Conduct monthly SKU-level cycle counts; resolve discrepancies within 48 hrs and eliminate recurring variances
• Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy; ensure zero shrinkage via strict process discipline
• Document & enforce inbound SOPs in Zoho Connect; ensure team compliance

Dispatch & Export Operations

• Ensure dispatch TAT: ≤24 hrs (domestic) and ≤48 hrs (exports)
• Maintain daily dispatch board in Zoho; publish weekly TAT reports to HQ
• Coordinate export documentation (Mundra – sea, Delhi – air)
• Achieve ≥95% on-time dispatch rate

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate daily with suppliers for inbound planning and escalations
• Resolve inbound issues (shortage, damage, quality) within 24 hrs
• Share real-time freight & transit data with Procurement and B&L (no freight negotiation ownership)

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct monthly safety walkthroughs; close actions within timelines
• Lead quarterly audits (fire, electrical, warehouse) as per DGMS & labour norms
• Target zero incidents; 100% audit compliance; enforce POSH policies

People & Labour Management

• Lead site team (L3 + dispatch staff) with structured daily planning
• Manage casual labor for peak loads — staffing, briefing, productivity tracking
• Drive performance culture aligned with DURIAN values

Cost & Operational Reporting

• Manage warehouse OpEx within budget
• Track manpower productivity monthly
• Maintain cost benchmarks; proactively flag variances

Systems & SOPs

• Ensure Zoho Inventory as single source of truth (no parallel trackers)
• Publish SOPs (inbound, picking, packing, dispatch, returns) in Zoho Connect by Day 60
• Maintain daily sync with HQ via Zoho Cliq

Requirement

• 3–6 years hands‑on warehouse experience
• Experience in North India / NCR warehouse operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in WMS: Zoho Inventory or comparable (SAP-WM, Tally, Uni commerce)
• Strong preference for Zoho Inventory experience
• Willingness to commit to Bhiwadi for 3+ years
• Currently based in Bhiwadi / Delhi NCR (preferred)
• Background in supply chain / logistics (preferred)
• Fluent in Hindi for daily operations
• Working proficiency in English for HQ communication and export documentation
• Graduate in any discipline
