Trufrost And Butler is seeking a Manager- Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse activities in Bhiwandi. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, timely dispatches and efficient space utilisation, with collaboration across Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics and other functions.

The candidate should have 10-15 years in warehouse or supply chain operations, proven team leadership, and strong knowledge of SAP B1, WMS and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in warehouse team management, inventory control, dispatch and stock reconciliation.
• Experience handling equipment, machines, spares, replacement and demo inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely dispatches.
• Monitor stock ageing, space utilisation and process discipline.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and customers to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvement, productivity, cost control and efficient warehouse practices.
• Prepare MIS covering stock, movements, ageing and performance.
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness and controls to minimise discrepancies.

Manager- Warehouse Operations

Location: Bhiwandi
Industry: Commercial Kitchen, Refrigeration & Hospitality Equipment

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, efficient space utilisation, process discipline, team productivity and coordination with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, GRN, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and outward processes.
• Ensure accurate and real-time inventory records, stock reconciliation and proper categorisation.
• Monitor stock ageing, slow/non-moving inventory and warehouse space utilisation.
• Coordinate dispatches, transportation, packing lists, invoices, delivery documentation and PODs.
• Track replacement and demo equipment and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with Service for repair/refurbishment of damaged or defective machines and conversion into finished goods.
• Lead, train and develop the warehouse team, with clear responsibilities and performance standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Drive process improvement, productivity, cost control and efficient warehouse practices.
• Prepare and review MIS covering stock, inward/outward movement, dispatches, pending deliveries, ageing and warehouse performance.
• Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness and controls to minimise discrepancies, damages, losses and errors.

Requirements & Skills

• 10-15 years experience in warehouse, inventory or supply chain operations, preferably in B2B manufacturing, equipment or distribution.
• Strong experience in warehouse team management, inventory control, dispatch and stock reconciliation.
• Experience handling equipment, machines, spares, replacement and demo inventory preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP B1, WMS and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related field preferred.
