The Warehouse Operator will be responsible formanaging day-to-day warehouse activities including inventory monitoring,material handling, record keeping, packaging, and timely dispatch of shipments.The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, andefficiency in handling warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow andon-time delivery.

Salary - 15000 to 18000

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & StockManagement

• Receive,verify, and record incoming stock.
  
• Maintainaccurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
  
• Conductperiodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies.
  

Record Keeping &Documentation

• Maintainproper logs including GRN, stock transfers, inward/outward registers.
  
• Updatesystem or Excel sheets with stock movement details.
  
• Ensureall records are neat, accurate, and up-to-date.
  
• Pickand pack orders based on order sheets.
  
• Ensureproper packaging standards to avoid damage during transit.
  
• Labelpackaging and follow safety & quality guidelines.
  

Shipping & Dispatch

• Prepareparcels for shipping and coordinate with courier partners.
  
• Generateinvoices, shipping labels, and documentation as required.
  
• Trackdispatched shipments and update the system accordingly.
  

Warehouse Maintenance

• Ensurethe warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
  
• Followmaterial handling procedures to avoid damage or safety hazards.
