Job summary

Monksays Superfoods in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate with courier partners, monitor shipments, and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will work with ERP/shipping platforms and spreadsheets, prepare MIS reports, track KPIs like pickup success rate and delivery TAT, and drive cost optimization through vendor management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve delays, RTOs, and exceptions.
• Track logistics performance, including pickup success rate, delivery TAT, and NDR closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Manage shipment creation, AWB generation, manifest preparation, and courier allocation through ERP/shipping platforms.
• Analyze courier performance and suggest cost/service improvements.
• Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of courier invoices and records.
• Coordinate with courier account managers to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain logistics data in ERP systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Support logistics process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with courier partners, monitoring shipment movement, ensuring timely order fulfillment, resolving delivery-related issues, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working with logistics platforms, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.

• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments.


• Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve delivery delays, RTOs (Return to Origin), and exceptions.


• Track logistics performance, including pickup success rate, delivery TAT, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) closures.


• Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to ensure seamless logistics operations.


• Manage shipment creation, AWB generation, manifest preparation, and courier allocation through ERP/shipping platforms.


• Analyze courier performance and recommend improvements to optimize cost and service levels.


• Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports and dashboards.


• Ensure timely reconciliation of courier invoices, shipment records, and logistics-related documentation.


• Coordinate with courier account managers to resolve operational issues and service escalations.


• Maintain and update logistics data in ERP systems and Google Sheets/Excel.


• Support logistics process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.


• 13 years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier operations, or supply chain.


• Experience in e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.
