ROYAL SPORTS & FITNESS is seeking an experienced Dark Store Supervisor to oversee daily dark store operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and efficient team performance. You will lead pickers, packers, and delivery coordination, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.

The role demands strong leadership, experience in quick-commerce or similar logistics environments, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder preferred.
• Experience in dark store / quick-commerce operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dark store and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise store associates, pickers, packers, and delivery coordination teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, billing, and dispatch of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, replenishment, and handling of products.
• Track order fulfillment TAT, productivity, accuracy, and cancellation rates.
• Handle operational issues and resolve customer/order-related escalations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.
• Manage shift planning, attendance, manpower allocation, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Warehouse, Logistics, QSR, or Dark Store operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
