Job summary

Operator Forge in Kochi, Kerala is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead quick-commerce dark store operations, ensuring accurate fulfillment, smooth daily activities, and high-volume efficiency.

You will manage inventory, schedules, and frontline teams, drive KPIs, and deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Malayalam language proficiency is preferred, and immediate or early joiners will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in quick commerce, dark store operations, Last-mile operations, warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, or similar high-volume operations.
• Native of Kerala (Malayalam Language)
• Prior experience managing store operations and leading frontline teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, manpower planning, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage store-level operations and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dark store activities, including order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and fulfillment.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage store associates, shift supervisors, and operational teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as order fulfilment time, picking productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• Ensure stock accuracy, timely replenishment, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
• Manage shift schedules, manpower allocation, attendance, and peak-hour readiness.
• Maintain high order accuracy, timely dispatch, and adherence to customer service standards.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve daily challenges, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, workplace safety, store hygiene, and operational standards.
