Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies is seeking an experienced LM Store In-Charge in Chennai to manage the day-to-day operations of a dark store and ensure smooth order fulfilment, inventory management and last-mile coordination.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience in dark store or logistics and includes supervising store staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate stock. The candidate will work in rotational shifts and ensure safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dark store or last-mile operations.
• Experience as Store In-Charge or Operations Supervisor preferred.
• Willing to work in Chennai and in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dark store operations including inbound, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Supervise and manage store associates and delivery operations.
• Monitor order fulfilment, TAT, productivity and operational targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability and proper stock movement.
• Coordinate with last-mile teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, housekeeping and operational processes.
• Handle operational issues and resolve store and delivery-related escalations.
• Maintain daily operational reports, trackers and performance updates.

Eligibility
