The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Quick Commerce / Dark Store Operations experience, solid Excel skills, and ability to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store Management Operations.
• Experience in team handling and inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and store management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dark store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Supervise pickers, packers, delivery coordinators, and store staff.
• Monitor order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Track store KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and shift management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the store.
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues effectively.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update management regularly.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance policies.
