Firstsource Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking Customer Support Associate / Senior Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering courteous service to build a rewarding career.

Freshers and experienced candidates with strong English communication are welcome. The position requires 24/7 US rotational shifts with 2 rotational week-offs, 5 days in office, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate (10+2) or graduate/postgraduate eligible to apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates with customer service experience are welcome.
• Excellent verbal English communication with a clear, confident voice; strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 US rotational shift with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Positive attitude for a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.
