Firstsource Solutions is hiring for Customer Service Representatives (Voice Process) in Hyderabad. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Strong communication, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Rotational shifts and five-day work weeks from the office are required.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Support Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
