You will assist international customers, diagnose issues, and strive for first-call resolutions while delivering superior service. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in international voice/customer support, strong English communication, and solid troubleshooting skills.

Eligibility :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
• Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities :
