Job summary

Movate Technologies is an Applied AI services company with a global footprint. This role is for Customer Support Engineer in the International Voice Process, based at Ambattur, Chennai, working night shifts and handling international customers from our office in Chennai.

The candidate should have 1 year of experience in international voice processes, strong English communication, and solid troubleshooting skills to achieve first-call resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Customer/Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Eligibility:
