Movate is seeking an International Process Associate - Customer Support to join our Chennai team for the night shift, working from office in Ambattur. You will provide voice-based support to international customers and aim for first-call resolution.

The role requires at least 1 year of international voice process experience, strong English communication, and solid troubleshooting skills to diagnose internet-related issues and deliver exceptional service.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
• Technical Support experience is mandatory along with customer handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skill.
