Job summary

Salad Days in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will manage inventory accuracy and supervise the warehouse team to meet production and distribution targets.

The role requires 4–7 years in a similar warehouse management role, preferably in F&B or FMCG, with strong Excel skills and ERP/WMS knowledge. On-site work with standard benefits applies.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or food supply chain.
• Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Excellent communication and Excel skills; ERP/WMS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock levels.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain necessary documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of food and non-food items.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams for smooth material flow.
• Manage warehouse team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor productivity and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
• Minimize stock losses, damages, wastage, and inventory variances.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Handle warehouse audits and resolve stock-related issues.
