Job summary

Salad Days in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely dispatches, and strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO and food safety SOPs.

You will manage manpower, coordinate with procurement and operations, monitor stock levels, drive cost efficiency, and maintain warehouse MIS and reports to support operations across functions. Graduate with 4–7 years in FMCG/food distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, Retail or Food Distribution preferred.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize expiry/wastage.
• Manage warehouse manpower, attendance, shifts and productivity.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Central Kitchen and Stores teams.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Identify and control stock discrepancies, damages and losses.
• Maintain warehouse MIS, reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, safety and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and transport partners for timely material movement.
• Drive improvements in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and cost control.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work as per operational requirements.
