Job summary

Salad Days India is seeking a results-driven Purchase Manager to lead end-to-end procurement of materials, sourcing high-quality inputs at optimal costs, and ensure uninterrupted supply across kitchens and locations.

You will build vendor relationships, negotiate terms, monitor inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and maintain food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchase management.
• Prior experience in Cloud Kitchen or a QSR company is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies.

• Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand.
