Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Mortgage Voice Process. Candidates should possess strong communication and comprehension skills, along with relevant experience in the banking or mortgage domain.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or related financial services.
• Candidates with domestic mortgage experience will also be considered.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 level proficiency preferred).
• Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Comfortable working with rotational weekly offs (split offs may be applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in any banking domain with exposure to mortgage processes.
• Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
• Ability to handle customer interactions effectively and maintain service quality standards.
