Job summary

Cogenthub in Kolkata is seeking US Mortgage Lead Generation professionals to join our mortgage lead generation team. You will work on mortgage survey forms from U.S. prospects, verify and qualify leads over calls, and process qualified leads for the U.S. Sales Team.

You will make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects, ensure CRM accuracy, and hand over qualified leads. The role requires night shifts, excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, and 1.5–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of experience in US voice, international BPO, lead generation, telesales, or telecalling.
• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers.
• Strong listening, probing, and lead-qualification skills.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Job Summary

We are looking for US Voice Process Executives for our Mortgage Lead Generation team. Candidates will work on mortgage survey forms received from U.S. prospects, verify and qualify the leads over calls, and process qualified leads for the U.S. Sales Team.
