Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 preferred).

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries related to US mortgage products and services.
• Assist customers with loan servicing, application status, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

• Meet productivity, quality, and CSAT targets.

• Experience: Minimum 18 months (Banking/Mortgage/BFSI)
• Salary: 7-9 LPA
• Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Split Weekly Offs)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or BFSI.
• Domestic mortgage experience is also acceptable.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 preferred).
• Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service/voice process experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs.
