• International Banking Voice Experience: Up to 7 LPA
• US Mortgage Voice Experience: Up to 9 LPA

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Voice Process in Noida.

Candidates must have hands-on international voice/customer interaction experience. We are specifically looking for candidates from either:

• International Banking Voice Process, OR
• US Mortgage Voice Process

This is a voice-based customer interaction role requiring strong spoken English, customer-handling skills, and familiarity with international customers/processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers/clients regarding mortgage-related queries and services.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate assistance within defined timelines.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements, and call-handling procedures.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
• Handle customer objections, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.
