Job summary

Cogenthub in Kolkata is seeking US Voice Process Executives for Mortgage Lead Generation. You will work on mortgage survey forms from U.S. prospects, verify and qualify leads over calls, and hand over qualified leads to the U.S. Sales Team.

The role requires 1.5–2 years of relevant experience, excellent English, and comfort with night shifts to support U.S.-based customers.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of experience in US voice, international BPO, lead generation, telesales, or telecalling.
• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with US-based customers.
• Strong listening, probing, and lead-qualification skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working night shifts.
• Mortgage/financial services experience will be an added advantage.

Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
